Nigerian Aerospace Industries LTD, an off-shoot of Uma Aerostructures is  a highly diversified Aerospace Engineering Company formed in 2013. Akosa Umunna, CEO. We are based in the USA, Canada and Nigeria, engaging primarily in consulting contracts in airplane startup programs. Our expertise in Airframe Design, Airport Ground Support Equipment Design, Complex Manufacturing Tool Engineering Design, Aircraft Manufacturing and Maintenance has been instrumental to the success of many aircraft programs around the world.

Aerospace Engineer Akosa Umunna CEO, is a dynamic, versatile Aerospace Professional Engineer with 25 years broad based experience in Aviation. Exceptional technology skills combined with proven ability to drive startup programs in aviation and offer various solutions, manage and nurture talent, form strategic partnerships, and successfully implement and oversee complex projects.

Engineer Akosa Umunna spent three years in South Korea as an Aviation Consultant Expatriate for the Korean Aerospace Ind. LTD, Changwon. He mentored Korean Engineers in manufacturing and design standards. Today, Korean Aerospace is emerging as a leader in the production of aerospace components and product integration to the aerospace industry. Engineer Umunna also spent two years in Kobe, Japan as an Aviation Consultant expatriate working for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on their regional jet and spent one year in Singapore teaching Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering. He worked on many aircraft programs in the United States including the Boeing C-17 Airlifter, Boeing 777, some Raytheon Missile programs, Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint strike fighter, and most recently, the all composite Boeing 787.
